"Erica is a great instructor for Pilates! I never though I would be using Zoom for Pilates! During my last workout, my watch congratulated me for "burning the most calories during a Pilates workout!" Erica is very thoughtful, able to offer modifications if you have issues/injuries (i.e., plantar fasciitis). She can also dial up/dial back your workout based on your needs. The session goes by very fast and is enjoyable. I highly recommend Erica!"
